Welcome to Distillé (“Distillé,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using distille.co (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Eligibility & Account
You must be of legal age to purchase on the Site. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Orders, Shipping & Returns
Orders are offers to buy products. We may accept or decline any order (e.g., due to availability or suspected fraud). Pricing, taxes, and shipping are shown at checkout. Our current shipping and return terms (including complimentary ground shipping in the U.S. and complimentary returns within 14 days) are described on our Shipping & Returns page and are incorporated here by reference.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product details accurately. Minor variations in color, texture, and finish may occur. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including designs, text, images, graphics, logos, and layouts—is owned by Distillé or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by: interfering with its operation, introducing malware, scraping, data mining, creating false orders, or using the Site for illegal purposes.

7. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Distillé will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising from or related to your use of the Site or products purchased. Our total liability related to any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Distillé harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

This Privacy Policy explains how Distillé collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use distille.co (the “Site”) or otherwise interact with us. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
- Information you provide: name, email, shipping/billing address, phone (optional), order details, and any messages you send us.
- Payment information: processed by our payment provider; we do not store full payment card numbers.
- Automatically collected information: device and browser data, IP address, general location, pages viewed, time stamps, and cookies or similar technologies used to operate the Site and understand usage.
- From service providers/partners: order, fulfillment, and analytics information needed to operate our business.
